Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours was quiet, celebrated with just our immediate family. I do love hosting a crowd, but dinner for the five of us was nice, as well.
I came across a delicious looking pie, Chocolate Chunk Pecan, while browsing FB, posted by Get In My Belly. Do you follow them? If not, I highly recommend that you do... you'll gain some serious pounds just watching videos of their yummy foods!
The Chocolate Chunk Pecan Pie was the only dessert made for our Thanksgiving meal, and it was insanely tasty!
An extra pie was made for a bake sale at my son's school... packaged and ready to be enjoyed!
And now that Thanksgiving is behind us, I'm excited to welcome the Christmas Season by participating in The Holiday Tablescape Blog Hop, hosted by Chloe, of Celebrate & Decorate. The hop starts tomorrow, and I'll be back on Thursday with my post! If you're looking for amazing, beautiful table settings to inspire your Holiday table, be sure to follow along!

That pie sounds amazing! How could you go wrong with those ingredients?
ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious Rhonda!
ReplyDeleteWe had a simple Thanksgiving too . It was so nice.
Now on to Christmas.
I look forward to seeing your tablescape :)
Oh my goodness! This looks just like a pie I had this Thanksgiving that was so good! I'm going to have to compare the recipes to see if it's the same thing. Very sweet, very crunchy, very smooth, very delicious!
ReplyDeleteRhonda, pecan pie is a favorite of mine and adding chocolate is a definite win. The severe drought has affected our pecan crop this year, Happy Tuesday!
