This unconventional veggie floral arrangement will surely WOW your guests,
and have them wondering, "just how did she think of that!"
...Queen of Creativity you'll be crowned, wear it proudly! :)
Perfect for a dinner party, or most any other engagement,
it literally can be done in 5 minutes or less!
It'll take longer to pick out your peppers and flowers at the local grocers,
than to assemble it once home!
I don't know about you, but I love those quickie projects that pack a big punch!
Bell peppers come in many colors.
I chose green, but step on out of the box a little farther, and grab a few red
or yellow ones... whatever coordinates with your event!
Using a paring knife, cut the stem out of the pepper.
Be careful not to nick the sides or bottom, or the pepper won't hold water.
Fill the pepper with water, grab a few flowers and greenery,
stick them in, and voila... you're done!
I forgot to mention how frugal the simple project is, also!
The green peppers were 68 cents each, the other colors were $1.18.
I only used about half of a $4.00 flower bundle, and the asparagus fern was free.
The pepper arrangements have great durability!
I made mine three days ago, and it's just as pretty as when I first assembled it.
The pepper has not withered, nor has it leaked!
Pretty... quick... simple ...frugal... a project like that can't be beat! :)
Thanks for stopping in for a visit!
...Happy Labor Day!
