My one indulgence is keeping a fresh flower arrangement in my kitchen.
Fortunately, with pretty, inexpensive bouquets available at the grocers,
I'm not exactly breaking the bank!
They typically last about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.
I picked three bundles up from Trader Joe's last Friday,
and put together the arrangement, below.
I adore the colors!
A treat for myself, that really brightens my days.
After all, you've got to be kind to yourself, right?
I've been frantically trying to put together a few posts for this week,
but nothing's really coming together.
The flower arrangement above, is all I've got so far that's presentable! ha!
Ever had weeks like that?
...pretty frustrating, huh?
This will be a busy one for the Rambling household!
I won't bore you with details,
but my mind, and body, is going in a zillion directions it seems!
So instead of sharing less than stellar {ha}, thrown together posts,
I'm going to take a short Spring break for the week (or two).
On the positive flip side...
my activities should produce some new blogging material!
...and that's a good thing! :)
Hope ya'll have a great, blessed week!
...and remember to....
~Rhonda

Your flower arrangement is beautiful! I'm so glad that women buy their own flowers now. You know? I try to keep them here all the time either from my flower beds or the store.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Hi there Rhonda, yes the flowers are gorgeous and yes there are times of not knowing what to post! I do hope you enjoy your time away from blogging.

I really love your simple flower arrangement. We recently had our first Trader Joe's open in our city and I've yet to go into it. I've heard many people buy their flowers, so I'm going to have to check them out soon.
ReplyDeleteI love that beautiful floral arrangement!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this at Cooking and Crafting with J&J.

ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. I am running behind on some creative blog projects! I need to pick up flowers for my house, as yours are so fresh and pretty. I need that in my kitchen too. Take a deep breath this week and all will work out. Sheial

Trader Joe's is about 20 minutes from my house so I rarely get there. I'm a little jealous of the gorgeous flowers all of you buy.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you joined Thoughts of Home on Thursday. We love having you. :)
I've been to Trader Joe's several times and their flowers are a wonderful treat. I'd give anything if we had one here in South Alabama!!! Your bouquet is perfectly lovely.
