I've fallen out of the loop of blogging ...again,
...for how many times since Christmas, I've lost count! ughhhh!
I feel a little like a black sheep! ha!
But I'm thinking, poor black sheep get a bad rap...
they are actually quite cute, right?
On a recent trip to Raleigh, NC, my daughter, mother-in-law, and I happened upon the wonderful shop that sold these sweet little black sheep, and many other beauties!
Shops of Baileywick is a delightful store featuring 70 boutiques and lots of rich, unique finds!
If you live in or around the Raleigh area, I highly recommend visiting at, 9650 Strickland Road.
(Off of Lead Mine Road or Six Forks Road)
And if you are much too far to come in person, I invite you to take the virtual tour below.
You might find an inspiring idea or two! I sure did!
Hope you enjoyed the tour!
We bought a few things, and "borrowed a few ideas," which I'll share soon.
I'll end this post with a tea towel that I didn't buy, but struck me as a funny!
...I feel as though I am on a mental vacation, often, these days! ha! :)

Wow, Rhonda, what a wonderful shop. I will take one of each, love that tricycle too! Have a lovely week.
ReplyDeleteOh, gosh, Rhonda...I could do some serious damage here. I love shops like this where I can buy for myself; but also pick up a quick gift for a friend! I see so many items that I would love to bring home!
ReplyDeleteSuch delights! Loved the rabbits and the white sheep, too. I'd really hurt my budget if I were able to shop there. So glad that I am too far away and took the virtual tour.
ReplyDeleteThat was FUN, thanks for taking us through this shop...so pretty!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Cindy
You read my mind! I was looking at the picture of the mantel with the lanterns . . . thinking to myself, I need to see a close-up . . .and then, ta-da!! the very next picture was a close-up!! Such pretty wreaths and decorations!!
ReplyDeleteLove the towel too and the idea of a mental vacation. I've actually been on one for almost the last month and haven't been on the computer much. I had a total knee replacement and recovery, including physical therapy, is a full-time job in itself! Love the virtual tour and found such charm in the furnishings. I can hardly wait to see the ideas you've "stolen" so I can maybe steal a few from you!!
ReplyDeleteHi Rhonda! Been missing you lately! Thanks for sharing the virtual tour! I needed to get away for a few minutes! Blessings from Bama!
ReplyDeleteI would love to do a little shopping there! Life to the full! Melissa @ DaisyMaeBelle
ReplyDeleteLove this shop! I could buy one of everything! :)

Hi Rhonda, don't feel bad, I've been MIA a lot here lately myself. What a wonderful place to shop. I'm making plans to go see my daughter in NC and hopefully we can plan a trip there. Enjoy your day, Gail
ReplyDeleteRhonda...it happens to everyone (OK...maybe not those REALLY big bloggers...but the normal folks at least!) and ai'm right there with you! I'm glad the shop is still there because I'm stopping in on my way to Haven!! Maybe some of that good stuff will still be there!
ReplyDeleteWow, this store is beautiful, so many ideas. I think I took a mental vacation looking at those pictures! Enjoy you week.
